There should be a moratorium on any increase in federal spending until ALL public school buses are equiped with functional seat belts for ALL passengers and the driver!!
...If Huckabee would start this in Texas now, ALL Texas mothers would vote for him in the Texas primary!
We have been talking about this for 15 years and no one listens.
This week we have 4 preventable school bus fatalities! I don't think any other politician cares. I know Huckabee would!
